I study at the University of Amsterdam and enjoy playing basketball and listening/producing music. The room is empty, but I have decorated the rest of the apartment myself (sofas, table, chairs, etc.). The room is also located directly on the balcony. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and a cooking island. There is also a washer-dryer in the apartment. The apartment is very close to the VU, but it is also very easy to travel to the campuses of the UvA. You have to be a student because of the contract I've already signed.
