I will cover the takeover fee. The rent for May is €1421.66, and the rent for June is €1329.94. Here are the things you should know:1. The room is an Executive Double room. It has a double bed, a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, a wardrobe, desk, shelves, and a TV. You will share the kitchen with 9 other people- it is fully equipped.2.As part of the deal, you will receive some benefits: access to the gym, study area and laundromat (you will have 6 free wash and dry runs per month).
