Location
The rooms are located in Selwerd within cycling distance with a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes. Within a few minutes you can cycle to universities and colleges such as the University of Groningen and the Hanze University of Applied Sciences.

Layout
The house has a communal living room and kitchen. Room 1 is 12.03m2 (photo 2 to 6) and room 2 is 18.29m2 (photo 7 to 10). In addition, the house has two shared bathrooms. Finally, there is a garden where you can sit down with the housemates. The rooms will be refurbished, and the kitchen is scheduled for a renovation later this year.

Rental price
Room 2: € 560.00 including an advance of € 80 for gas, water, electricity and internet.
Room 3: € 580.00 including an advance of € 80 for gas, water, electricity and internet.
