The house (128 m2) has 4 bedrooms (room 1 is for rent, 2.43 x 4.24 meters with built-in desk and built-in wardrobes above) and a shared large living room, kitchen, bathroom, utility room with washing machine and a lovely backyard. Haarlem center is a 10-minute walk away and a 25-minute walk takes you to the station. Monthly rent is €750.00 per month unfurnished (excluding gas, water, electricity and user taxes, together approximately €100 per person per month. And excluding mandatory cleaning costs approx. €27 per person per month). The rental contract is a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years with an option for extension. We (2x woman, 1x man) young working twenty-somethings hope to find a cozy fellow resident who wants to make this house a home with us!
