Hello. From April we are looking for a new roommate. A person in possession of a tidy and positive character!? Unfortunately, one of our current residents has to live together :) So that soon there will only be three of us left. 2M/1VR between the ages of 20 and 39. It is a spacious neat house, near the Elisabeth hospital and Fontys/ROC on Stappegoor. We share a living room, kitchen, bathroom. In combination with 2 toilets. washing machine and dryer available. The kitchen is equipped with freezer and refrigerator, an oven and microwave. There is also a nice garden with BBQ. And a place to store bicycles. During the day we are all busy with our own things and you don't really notice that there are four of us. So there is plenty of privacy but also regularly the opportunity for a beer and a chat during dinner. We try to take each other's schedule into account and work together in terms of cleaning and tidying up. The rental price includes g/w/e, internet/wifi. 1 month deposit.
